8-1 to Owls!
We were away today for our second league match against Stanningley.
In the first half we played strongly with goals from Jay, Sophie, Matty and Ethan. In total we got 5 in the first half and just before half time they scored 1 to finish the half 5-1.
In the second half we had a couple more goals from Jay including a header on to Matty's cross. Matty also scored again with a brilliant shot from outside the box.
Great effort from the team with some nice passing and teamwork. Some of the players adapted well to playing in different positions. Jay was man of the match!
