Training...

We train on Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 7pm. We do skill sessions or play a friendly against one of the other OWLS teams, or a mix of both. Always fun!

Matches...

We usually play on a Sunday morning. Home matches are at Rodillians RUFC. Away matches are usually a short drive away.
