U11s vs. Farsley Celtic

OWLS 3 vs. Farsley 1

In the first quarter we were under pressure from the start and conceded an early penalty. Thankfully, Harry stayed calm and saved it! We picked up later in the quarter and had a few good chances.

After the short break we were again under pressure from Farsley at the start of the quarter. By the end, we had turned things around and created our own chances. Harry kept us in the game with some cracking saves.

Third quarter started fast and Jay got a good goal. A defensive mishap on our part though and Farsley got an equaliser. We struggled a bit as well getting the ball out of our half at times and making things hard for ourselves.

The fourth quarter started well though as Jay got another goal and then soon after a third to get a well deserved hat-trick. We ended up controlling this quarter, other than conceding another penalty which Farsley hit wide.

This was a well deserved win, though with a bit of luck and Harry playing a blinder in goal. Well done everyone: Jay, Harry, Sophie, Josh, Jennifer, William, Regan, Ethan, Ryan, Raf, Daniel, Evan, and Kyran.
